"Customer service felt unprofessional"
I don’t know why, but the whole customer service interaction just felt off. The person I spoke with sounded annoyed almost the entire time, and they didn’t really explain anything in a way that made sense.
I ended up having to repeat myself a few times, and even after all that, I still didn’t get a clear answer. It just felt like they didn’t really care, which made the whole experience frustrating

"Reliable internet that just does its thing"
I’ve been with TekSavvy for a while now, it’s been one of those services I barely have to think about, which is exactly what I want from internet. On the days I work from home, I’ll be jumping between video calls, uploading files, and then later streaming something in the evening, and the connection has held up really well. I can’t remember the last time it randomly dropped at a bad moment. No major headaches, no constant troubleshooting, just steady internet. Happy with it so far...

"Tech support took way too long..."
Tech support took way too long to reply, and when they finally did, it still didnt really fix the issue. Kinda frustrating honestly.

The service itself has been fine, but I don’t know why the billing keeps being off. My last two invoices didn’t match what I was told when I signed up, so I had to reach out to support and have them look into it. They fixed part of the issue, but it took a while. It’s not the worst experience, just kind of frustrating when the charges aren’t accurate
"Clear pricing, but the wait was annoying"
I signed up with teksavvy the best part was that the pricing was actually straightforward. Nobody tried to push me into some long contract, and all the fees were shown before I agreed to anything. My bill ended up matching what I expected too, which feels rare with internet companies. The only thing that frustrated me was the waiting around during the setup process, but overall I’m happy so far.

So, yeah, I reached out to support and they actually replied really quickly, which was nice. They, like, understood the issue right away and got it fixed the same day, so overall it was a smooth experience

"Speeds are alright, nothing amazing"
It works fine for me most days and I don’t really have too many issues during the day, but once it gets to nighttime the speeds can drop noticeably and it gets a little frustrating when I’m trying to stream or get things done.

"Pretty reliable overall"
I’ve been with teksavvy for a while now, and the service has been dependable. I’ve had a couple of short outages here and there, but nothing major, and it usually comes back without me having to do much. Speeds can slow down a bit during busier times, but it’s still been fine for working from home and streaming. I also like that the billing emails and receipts are easy to find when I need to check something. Not perfect, but overall solid.

I’ve been with teksavvy for a while now, and it’s been good for the most part. The speed is usually fine, the price is reasonable compared to some of the bigger names, and I don’t really think about it much day to day, which is kind of what you want from internet service.
The only reason I’d knock it down to 4 stars is the outages. They don’t happen constantly or anything, but I’ve had a few random ones over the past year, mostly short, but still annoying, especially when I’m working from home and suddenly, yep, there goes the connection. Support was decent when I checked in, so overall I’m still happy enough with them.

Well... the modem they sent me was bad. The WiFi would drop every single day, and the thing looked old and got hot really fast. Support kept saying it was probably my wiring, but once I swapped out the modem, the problem went away.

I signed up for internet through TekSavvy the whole order process was straightforward. The install date email came through fairly quickly too, so I wasn’t left wondering what was going on, which I appreciated.
The tech showed up within the time window and checked the line without any issues. Setting up the modem was easy enough, but after everything was plugged in, activation took around an hour. Maybe that’s normal, I’m not totally sure, but I did find myself just sitting there waiting and checking if it had kicked in yet.
Once it finally activated, the speeds were what I expected and everything has been working fine since. I’m only taking off one star because of that small delay and the lack of updates during activation, but overall it was a decent experience.

I originally signed up with teksavvy because it was noticeably cheaper, and I liked that. Lately though, the monthly bill has crept up to the point where I’m looking at it line by line and thinking, okay, this is getting close to what the bigger providers charge. The service itself has been fine, no major horror stories or anything, but when the price is only a few dollars off from the big companies, it just doesn’t feel like the same good deal anymore.
